In our journey to continually enhance your shopping experience, we are thrilled to introduce the all-new “Canadale Club” – a vibrant rewards program designed to bring even more joy to your gardening adventures.

As of December 31, 2023, our previous Customer Appreciation/Loyalty Program will become the Canadale Club. This new program promises a tapestry of monthly offers, exclusive discounts, and exciting events that will elevate your gardening experience to new heights. The shift to the new program will not be automatic, so make sure to sign up using the link below to access these new savings.

We want to assure you that your existing loyalty points are still valid and can be redeemed until December 31, 2024 – giving you a whole year to enjoy the benefits you’ve earned.

Do I need to register for Canadale Club if I’m already a member of the Customer Appreciation Program?
– Canadale Club is a new program. Your name and record of receipts will remain and continue to be collected to honour our plant guarantee.

Is there an initial fee or annual fee to join the Canadale Club?
NO – Canadale Club is a FREE rewards program with member-exclusive offers and discounts.

Can anyone join the Canadale Club?
YES – You can join as long as you have an email address.

How do I receive offers and discounts?
VIA EMAIL – Offers and discounts will be sent out on the first of each month or upon signing up.

I don’t have an email address. Can I still register for the Canadale Club rewards program?
NO – Unfortunately, the Canadale Club rewards program is only available online and requires an email address to send offers and rewards.

How do I redeem my offers and discounts?
You will be required to present an electronic copy of the offer from your mobile device or print a physical copy to present to the cashier.

I forgot/lost my offer. Can the cashier still honour or look up my offer?
NO – Unfortunately, we cannot honour or look up the offer without a visual copy presented at the time of purchase.

My friend is shopping with me. Can I show my offer to get her the offer/discount, too?
NO – Each coupon code is unique and can only be used once. We encourage your friend to register as a Canadale Club member to receive their own offers and exclusive access. Registration only takes a minute, and offers are sent immediately after signing up.

Are Canadale Club email offers in addition to the weekly Canadale Newsletter?
YES – You will receive a monthly offer email in addition to the weekly newsletters. Monthly offers and discounts will be emailed on the first of every month.

I already receive the weekly newsletter. If I sign up for the Canadale Club reward program, will I receive double the newsletters?

NO – If you use the same email address to sign up as the email address we have on file for our weekly newsletters, you will continue to receive only one email newsletter a week. If you sign up for the Canadale Club with a different email address, then yes, you will receive our newsletter to both email addresses.

If I unsubscribe from the weekly newsletters, will I still get my Canadale Club monthly offers?

NO – If you unsubscribe from the weekly newsletters, you also unsubscribe from the monthly offers. Should you happen to unsubscribe from our mailing list, you will be required to re-register for the Canadale Club rewards program. Click the link above to sign up again.

Why are you asking for my mobile number?
In the future, we may also offer SMS Text Messages to send you offers and discounts, or we can let you know the latest product arrivals and sales. You are not required to leave a mobile number, but if you choose to, you will be enrolled in future programs.
