*Upon registration, please make us aware of any food allergies. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate food allergies with meal substitutions.
Rules & Regulations
- Registration for Brunch/Lunch with Santa will OPEN for Canadale Club members on Friday, September 27th at 8:00am. Registration will open to the public Tuesday, October 1st at 8:00 am. Registrations will not be accepted before these dates.
- Payment is required in full at the time of registration. We can only accept credit card payments over the phone and online. In-person, we accept cash, debit and credit.
- The price is $40 +tax per child and includes a $10 non-refundable deposit. Therefore, if a registrant cancels, we will only return $30 plus applicable taxes. If Canadale must cancel an event (i.e. due to inclement weather, etc.), we will provide full refunds.
- Please arrive promptly at the scheduled event time you are registered. Activities are strictly scheduled to allow each child/family equal time with Santa.
- There is no guaranteed seating, meaning only those children registered together will be seated together. We cannot accommodate requests to sit with other children/families.
- Only registered children event will be allowed into the event space.
- Only two adults per family group will be allowed into the event space. Chairs will not be provided for adults, standing room only.
- A parent or guardian must attend the event with the registered child. Children cannot be left unattended at anytime.
- Strollers and other large carriers/equipment are not allowed into the event space. An area outside the event space will be provided. Please remove all valuables from your strollers and carriers or leave them inside your vehicle. Canadale is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Please report all food allergies at registration. No substitute meals will be provided. Please call us (519-631-7264) to discuss bringing your own food.
- If your child or any accompanying adult is feeling unwell, we ask that you do not attend for the safety of others. Canadale reserves the right to refuse entry to any child or family that appears visibly ill.
- Yelling, hitting, running, jumping, or any disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Canadale reserves the right to dismiss any child and their family from the event if these guidelines are not followed. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be issued.
- Parents or guardians must sign an “Event Agreement” before entering the event space.
FAQs
I have two toddlers and a 6-month-old infant. Do I need to register all 3 of my children for the event?
YES – All children must be registered to attend the event.
Do I need to bring my camera?
YES – Please bring your camera for photos. Allotted times will be provided for taking pictures with Santa.
Can we get a family photo with Santa?
YES – During the event, we have allotted times for each child and family (registered for the event) to take their photo with Santa. To ensure each child/family gets a picture, we will strictly enforce time limits on photo taking.
My children’s grandparents are waiting outside the event space. Can we bring them in for a quick family photo with Santa?
NO – Only those children and adults registered for the event will be able to take photos with Santa during the event. However, we will be offering public pictures with Santa after the events that as many of your family members can be a part of. Public photo times are 12:30 – 3:00 pm November 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 & December 1.
I registered two children. Can I bring Dad, Grandma, Grandpa and myself?
NO – Only two adults are allowed into the event space per family group. This is due to spacing requirements and fire code allowances.
My child has a gluten allergy. Can you substitute items on the menu with something else?
NO – Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate food allergies with menu substitutions. Please inform us of any food allergies at registration, and we will do our best to ensure the requested menu items are not given to your child. Please call us (519-631-7264) to discuss bringing your own food.
I missed the event. Can I get a refund?
NO –Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for ‘no-shows’ or missed events. Please understand that we prepare materials and meals in advance for all our events, which makes it challenging to accommodate such requests.
