January Update: COVID-19 Shopping Guidelines

 

Dear Friends of Canadale:

Like you, we have been following the recent news surrounding COVID-19 and the new lockdowns set to take place this Boxing Day. At Canadale our first priority, as always, is the safety of our customers, staff, suppliers and community.

Therefore, at this time we have decided to once again temporarily close our retail store to the public as of 3:00 pm today (December 24th). That being said, we are still here to serve you in 2021!

Upon our return from Christmas Break on January 4th, we will be offering contactless curbside pick-up for prepaid orders. We will be accepting phone orders at 519-631-7264 and online orders from our website, www.canadale.com.

At this time, we are working hard to update our website with all our available items. Please note, if you don’t see something on our website (i.e. a special request), we will do our best to help fill your request. Our greenhouses and gift rooms are stocked with air-purifying houseplants, succulents, gifts and much more! We also have our gift cards available for curbside pick-up or mail delivery.

Your house is your home and your backyard is your sanctuary. Now is the time to enjoy your personal space and stay safe.

We will continue to keep you informed of any changes. We thank you for your understanding and continued support. We are all in this together, and together we will get through these challenging times.

Holiday Return/Exchange Procedures

Please call us at 519-631-7264 or email us at info@canadale.com to arrange all exchange/return requests. All requests will be coordinated through our contactless curbside pick-up. Please note, giftware and clothing exchanges/returns will only be accepted from January 4-17, 2021.
