Dear Friends of Canadale:

As Ontario continues to open up and loosen restrictions, Canadale will continue to update and revise our shopping guidelines. We will also continue to act in a way that puts the safety of our customers, staff and community first.

We are open for in-person shopping. In accordance with our local health unit and the provincial guidelines, we no longer have capacity limits in place, but we ask that you continue to socially distance with staff and other customers whenever possible.

We are all eager to get out into the garden and our employees look forward to helping you with all of your gardening needs. At this time, all employees will continue to wear masks. We invite our customers to make their own decisions about whether or not they wear masks on the premises.

Again, the safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Therefore, we will continue to take appropriate precautions to clean and sanitize high-touch areas within the garden centre. We will also continue to offer hand sanitization stations at the entrances.

If you are not comfortable shopping in person, we are happy to take your order over the phone for curbside pick-up.

As policies continue to change, we will update and revise our shopping guidelines as needed.

We thank you for your support and loyal patronage. And thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate the continuing changes to policy and mandates. Be kind to one another and stay safe.

~ The Canadale Team
